ABOUT US

We are a new church plant in Irwin, PA who seeks to redefine church by biblical standards. We believe in not only the Sunday experience, but also a church that exists outside of Sunday Morning. Please join us in learning more about what this means. We would love to welcome you home into a different, relevant, and exciting relationship with Jesus!

Trail running. Hunting. Fishing. Hiking. Kayaking. This is where Pastor Rich loves to live, all of them made better with his family. But his real passion is connecting people with Jesus. “There’s nothing like seeing a person’s life changed by Jesus!” After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Rich earned both his Master’s and Doctorate from Asbury Theological Seminary. Which is also where he met the love of his life, Marsha. Rich and Marsha have three amazing kids: McKenna, Abby and Matthew. After years of ministry, Rich answered God's call on his life to plant a non-denominational church, Grace Collective, in 2020!

Jonathan resides in Plum Boro  where he volunteers to coach his daughters soccer team and is the equipment manager for his son's high school football program. He is married to his best friend Stacie and they have two children, Joshua and Keirstin. He is a proud graduate of Toccoa Falls College with a B.S. in Biblical Studies.  Jonathan has served in full time ministry almost continuously since graduating from TFC in just about every non-musical capacity available. He began serving in Youth Ministry for 7 years.  Later on, he spent 12 years serving (simultaneously) as a Children's Pastor, marriage ministry founder and leader, website/tech support and weekly preaching Pastor. In between those long opportunities of service, he served as an inner city youth after school program tutor and mentor, focusing on reaching "at risk" students with the message of the gospel.  Currently Jonathan serves as the Executive Pastor helping to equip our life group leaders and ensuring the day to day operations of the church are maintained.
